How does it work?

Free 15-minute Consultation?

Feeling comfortable and happy with the therapist potentially working with you is key to you feeling safe and secure in a therapeutic relationship. We offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation  which will involve a I initial discussion of your difficulties and what may be helpful for you.

Initial Appointment?

If you would like to go ahead then we will make an initial appointment.  This session will act as an assessment and allow us to begin to explore your difficulties in more depth in order to begin to understand and make sense of them. At the end of this session a provisional treatment plan will be developed this will then help guide our therapy sessions.

Subsequent Sessions?

Together we will discuss if you wish to meet on a weekly or fortnightly basis.  Each session will be 60 minutes long and begin to implement the treatment plan we have discussed in the assessment session. Depending on the plan a number of psychological therapies and models may be drawn upon or we may find ourselves using one model. We will review regularly to ensure we are meeting your goals.

How much do appointments cost?

Face to face appointments cost £110

Online sessions are offered at £100
(the reduction in cost reflects the absence of a room cost)

Cancelations within 24 hours will incur a 50% late cancelation fee (at the clinicians discretion)
